HCG is a multi-service firm that helps our clients meet their equity, inclusion and social justice goals. Our services fall into four main areas: consulting and organizational change work, coaching and support, speaking and keynotes, and comprehensive ESG consulting. To meet the needs of the current moment of DEI backlash we have developed two new tracks of consulting work (Seeding Change [TM] and Future Ready Now [TM]) that are designed to serve organizations who can no longer do long-term, equity-specific work but still want to do “something”. HCG’s work is unique for two reasons. First, we use a relational approach (as opposed to transactional) to best understand our clients’ needs and support their success. And second, we focus on helping our clients achieve long-term growth and change as opposed to the quick-fix, check-box solutions that look good but lack depth. Depending on the track of work you choose, our engagement with you might be only a few months (Seeding Change [TM]), or it could be a year or longer if it is our traditional equity work (Seven Phases). The duration of this work depends on a range of organizational factors such as size and structure, industry, internal and external supports, and the number of people involved in the effort. Our goal is to help clients develop the internal momentum to carry out this work well beyond our time working with them, and thus the actual duration of the engagement is client dependent.
